Get to know Victoria, your Work Experience and Placement Lead!
I have 14 years of experience working in Recruitment Consultancy and Management, and 7 years at Sunderland College supporting Work Experience delivery and Business Development.
I lead and support the work experience and placement delivery across Education Partnership North East.
Working in education has given me the opportunity to support students with their progression, career aspirations and next steps towards the world of work.
When a student gets positive feedback from their host employer after a successful work experience placement – it is even better when they are offered further experience, paid work or an apprenticeship as a result!
Being part of the Beacon Award nominations is one of my best moments!
