David described his time at Sunderland College as friendly, fun and industry-focused.
He said:
“After visiting Sunderland College’s Open Event and learning about the course content, I decided this was the best place to study engineering.
“I really loved the practical elements of my course and have been given a great insight into the engineering industry. The opportunity to gain work experience on the course has been brilliant.
“I went on a placement with Siemens, which was really interesting and gave me further practical skills. The staff at the College are also really friendly and approachable and offered me all the support I needed on my course.”
David is now progressing to study Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Newcastle University.
