This course is for people who have completed the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and are looking to progress to Level 4 and take the appropriate AAT exams.
You must have completed the Level 3 AAT Diploma in Accounting.
You will also need level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy and be able to demonstrate IT skills. For students with English as a second language, you will need to provide IELTS certification.

The course is predominantly classroom based with 6 computer based assessments spread throughout the course.
You will attend classes for 6 hours per week, this can be 1 day per week or 2 evenings. In addition, there will be tasks to complete independently each week.
After successfully completing the course you will be able to apply to become an AAT affiliate member and with relevant work experience will qualify for AAT full membership.
This course is part-time, with the option to attend classess during the day or to attend classess in the evening.
The course covers accounting topics including:
Producing published accounts for limited companies, including cash flow statements
Management accounting including budgeting and analysing financial performance
Tax and credit / cash management principles
AAT
You could progess to study accountancy at university or gain employment as a qualified account.
